Happy New 2016

Happy New Year to you all out there!!

It’s time to climb out of my winter bunker and embrace the day, even though I feel like I want to batten down the hatches instead.  But hey ho, it’s sunny in between the raindrops outside and I’ve got to get going on the year ahead, which is turning out to be a great one but already a bit lumpy!

On the lumpy blue side, I think we are saying goodbye to our monsta monster landrover.  I’m already grieving, I love that car.  However on the flip side there’s a lot of exciting things starting to happen, with some confirmations of events and some more in waiting.

March is going to be good. We’re working at the Most Curious Wedding Fair at the Old Truman Brewery on the 12th and 13th so make sure you come on down!  We've got a couple of competitions about to happen for 2 pairs of tickets to the London event and for some goody bags that we'll be slow casing at the Fair!

We are also ecstatic at being invited back to Into The Wild at Hounslow Hall in Buckinghamshire in July and in August we are going to be at working at Camper Calling’s  1st year at Ragley Hall, Alcester!  We are running some workshops along side our complementary therapies so keep a look out for further updates.

All too exciting, I might just have a quick dip into the bunker…. Back shortly!

Good Morning Kale n' Spinach

I've eventually succumbed to the nutri bullet and this morning made myself a really nice booster of a smoothie.  I've discovered it also helps if you read the manual 1st.....  My 1st couple of attempts turned into a thick sludgy goo, more cold thick soup than remotely a smoothie.  And then I read 'add water/fluid'.  It revolutionised my smoothies! anyway back to the smoothie - I surprised myself and have discovered kale and spinach in another light completely.  Try this and see what you think, the recipe is a little on the freeform side.

raw spinach, raw kale, 1 eating apple, a little water and orange juice and whiz.

It's Wednesday and we're almost there and ready for the World Endurance Championships at Silverstone this weekend!

We are now also going to be joined by Naoko Rowe of Bodypamper on Saturday and Kerstin Korber on Sunday at the Heilsa caravan, so fingers crossed the weather will be lovely and sunny like at the moment, if not we're prepared with rugs and heaters!

At the moment our caravan is in Taunton with ARC getting ready to kick off our season at the World Endurance Championships at Silverstone in April on the weekend 11th and 12th which we are very excited about, so at the moment we are running around and doing lots of planning and more planning and more planning....  And what's made us even more excited is that Clare Fogarty of Reiki Healing with Clare will be working at the Heilsa Caravan with us over the whole weekend.  Really looking forward to it.

While we were at Arc the early spring sun brought out the stars in this beautiful old airstream while it's in waiting for them to do their magic!
